Billing and Premium Payment Information:

Once your policy accumulates to 90 days past due in premiums, you will receive a letter from Colonial Life advising you to pay the past due premium, or the policy will lapse. Please check your paychecks or statements to verify that you are making premium payments and that they are the right amount to prevent a lapse in coverage. You may contact our office to verify premium amounts and past due amounts and pay past due balances.
